In order to further strengthen the construction of the company's trade union organization and give full play to the functions and role of the trade union, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Constitution of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions", on November 6, the trade union of Jiangsu Aolan Engineering Glass Co., Ltd. held the first plenary meeting of the 6th Member Representative Conference. The company's chairman Huang Lisha, consultant Jiang Jumei, general manager Wang Xianrong and other senior executives were invited to attend the conference.       The election conference for the new term opened with the solemn national anthem. The conference reviewed the "Work Report" made by Yang Ping, deputy head of the union preparatory group, and general manager Wang Xianrong read out the "Approval Document of the Superior Federation of Trade Unions". Member representatives passed the "Election Methods of the Sixth First Member Representative Conference of Aolan Union" by raising their hands, the list of candidates for the Sixth Aolan Trade Union Committee, Finance Audit Committee, Women's Committee, and the list of monitors and vote counters.

      Based on the principles of fairness, openness and impartiality, and in strict accordance with the union election procedures, a secret ballot was adopted to elect five members of the Sixth Committee of the Jiangsu Aolan Engineering Glass Co., Ltd. Trade Union through a differential election, and three members of the Finance Audit Committee and three members of the Women's Committee through an equal election.

      Subsequently, the new trade union committee held its first plenary meeting, and elected candidates for the sixth trade union chairman, the finance audit committee and the women's committee of Jiangsu Ao Lan Engineering Glass Co., Ltd.
